Omg I know right?? Have you considered getting a pair of hosiery gloves? These would do: http://www.mytights.com/us/le-bourget-hosiery-gloves.html I always thought they were kind of silly, but they really cut down on ladders/runs, especially in winter, when my skin is drier.
